					| For those that were interested, all the hardware arrived today Touch Screen(4 wire resistive), MoBo, HD(2.5"-40Gb), NEC 6.5", Screen Inverter, Touch Controller
   Screen, inverter, TS control
   HDD
   Screen (11.5mm)
mobo - RAM and CF slot
Touch screen - still in protective film Sry for quality and dodgey time stamps - Took them on an old XDA
I'll stare at them a bit longer, then think about wiring them all up.
I'm not totally sure that the TS controller is the right one...if it is, I could be missing a lead Oh, it obviously not ITX anymore - its a 3.5" (146x101)
EDIT: Touch screen controller is correct - you just vary the position of the plug depending on the TS.....bit Heath Robinson really - But I like that _________________

If it cooks an egg....we're screwed, cos it's a sealed case Board with cutout for Screen, HDD 44pin - 40 - 44pin lead, with 5v supply at the top. Gonna try and use an amiga 44-44 lead next time and power the HDD off the board (if it can)
HDD mounted on its side and screwed directly to base plate
Screen and inverter, all the holes in Case dremelled Com and Monitor ports are pretty poor because I had no real template. USB ports are mint.
Screen backlight control on left - Prolly mess with that, get the final resistance value and permanently set it in the rpoduction model
Maplin variable power supply (5v), Coffe cup, 17" monitor (promised my self flat panels for the wall for production units )
Oh, and plug socket hanging off the wall wouldn't normally be a problem but..........that plug on the right is the earth for my mat (L+N pins removed)....I like to live on the edge
Box with ports set to top so I can stand it up. The ports wont be accesable on the production

					| Front Back of chassis Space at the bottom is for the power supply and two DAQ cards Top It's as deep as the SBC is wide atm (more or less) it could be made shallower by turning the mobo through 90degrees and stacking everything - but this would be a nightmare to design and test with no experience - besides, its not a mac, so shaving 0.5mm off it don't count for anything The gaps where the pillars meet the bezel are where the gasket will sit to make it IP68 when panel mounted Windowz Ok, it shows finger marks - But tell me that won't look the dogs nads in a dairy or on an oil rig My Secret weapon Hand made pillars so the side panels just slot in with a back panel that screws down to secure it all. Idea shamelessly robbed from Icybox and my popcorn hour. Total build cost so far...er no idea. About 500 +vat including dowz_________________
