I don't know why but when i try to login i get 'Unable to connect'.
I went on thier site and looked about for some help and found it must be a port problem , or the server is down. I re-did all the ports etc. so now the right ones are open and i still get that message.
Any tips or ideas what it could be?

vent was down, so people were using the backup vent server, theres details posted somewhere

public server is up (for which you have the passy), checked your firewall software?

i was messing around with it for ages and i still dont think it works. is there like a server anywhere that i can join just to see if it works ( one with no pass)
