					| the case/psu fans all depend...
if plugged into the mobo they will be temp. controlled. If plugged into a power lead from the PSU they shoudl run constantly.

					| Does it do a POST?
Find the 4pin power cable, and see if you put it in.

The 4 pin, and the 32(I think it use to be) are a bitch to get in. But make sure that they are in and are sitting nicely.

defo in..Unplug anything but CPU, RAM, GPU and power(So take out all SATA or IDE, floppy and other extension cards). They could be the reason.
If this doesn't work, try and find out if the GPU is broken. If not, its likely your motherboard that is broked or something._________________ Codito Ergo Sum | Even i, who have no clue about social life

					| i may resort to that if i still havent fixed it after dan comes round, haven't got a readily available camera atm, would have to use my dads phone or something
just so ya know, the way i had it setup last night is

I managed to install all hardware to go in the case, but couldn't get a picture on the monitor

the pc booted up, just don't know what would have happened if i could see it.
don't know if certain cables are in the wrong place etc..

power button works with LED and reset..

i really hope i havent broke anything..and if i have i seriously hope i can get a refund, even if it is my own fault.

					| Does it beep? (ie past post). The cpu fans not spinning up would be a worry for me, in all the years i've been building PC's ive never had one that didnt do even with temp controlled fans. Also I've never heard of a 4 pin fan (unless its molex) the 3 pin mobo ones are usual. _________________ "I wish my lawn was emo, so it would cut itself...."

					| It doesn't look good: http://forum.abit-usa.com/showthread.php?t=98625 Could be a ram fault, try each stick one at a time in slot 0.
My Abit board has a red led which lights as soon as you plug it in and a green led which lights when the pc is booted._________________
