Hey guys i'm planning on making an attempt at building my first desktop. It'll be a gradual project as i dont have the money to buy the whole thing in one go, Basically any hints on what bits and pieces i would need to be able to play the latest games on high graphics and any tips you can give a noob who wants to build his first desktop would be much appreciated The cheaper i can get a decent spec pc for the better ![]() |

Is the PowerColor ATI Radeon HD 4890 pretty much the same as the saphire one? saw one on ebay for fairly cheap...remains to be seen whether it will stay cheap....no warranty is that a bit risky? |

Can remember not that long ago, I rang a local "pc specialist" asking if they had anti-static wrist bands in stock. They laughed at me, stating that nobody uses them anymore as modern equipment isn't affected. ![]() |
