seeing as my motherboard appears to be faulty... and i think it is out of warrenty... im looking to get a new one... needs to be able to support both dual and quad core... have socket 775 DDR2 SDRAM ATLEAST 4xsata ports on mobo as many usb ports as possible because i have alot of stuff plugged in... support 7.1 surround sound would like 3 or more PCI slots and 1 PCI-e 16x... would like 1gb network port... the one thats currently running my pc is a asus p5k... so would like not to have the same one again |

I thought you weren't after another ASUS? Looks good though - 6x SATA ports, 1x eSATA, 1x PATA, 12x USB, etc.
