I wouldn't touch any of them with a barge pole  Packard Bell are abysmal and Phillips aren't exactly known for PCs. I can't vouch for Overclockers PCs, but this looks better than any of those: hxxp://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-007-OE Consider this
