OKY DOKY IVE FOUND SOME TROJANS IN THE RESTOR BIT OF WINDOWS
HOW DO I HOOKEM OUT?
do i have to turn restor off then run the antivirus see if it cleans it and then turn it back on?

turn off system restore - also try running an AV scan in safe mode.
