Not great pics but...yeah, it's a black slot and mobo manual says it's AGP.
If you check shout box you'll find I may have found my problem.

thank ye but doesn't matter no..... I told my dad that the big one wasn't apg last night but no no it was it was....until I re-read the manual and showed him. (He was reading manual -.-) Sigh, time to get on my knees and give ebyuer some favours....... |

I had thought it was PCI I was buying, well when I ordered it anyway. 
Now then I just need to find the person who linked that card to me and start my chainsaw up....
