My computer has frozen twice in the last hour. 1st i was just on the forum with some music on... 2nd i alt+tabbed out of CS just after i has started it up (still not in-game), alt+tabbed back in to start a game and it froze again I gave the whole thing a good hoovering....reckong it might be overheating...there was a lot of dust. 
How do i check the temps on my comp?? |

You could download Speed Fan its great for all sorts of things, i use it to mesure tempretures Alot Good Luck |

it may at worst be a graphics card fault do you experience any of the following? The monitor turns off after freezing / locking up monitor flicks from a black screen to desktop in a very fast loop if not.. make sure all the dust is gone, and also check temperatures. then see how you have gone on also by screen freezing... do you mean O/S isn't responding? |

Hoovering the inside of a PC ain't a good idea, the air flow creates big static charges on the components. |
