Is there a way to run a tracert that shows the path to a node, and the path back again, rather than just the path there? or does it always come back via the route it got there? |

or does it always come back via the route it got there? hmm, tracert is OK, doesn't like tracer0ute.... I need to to know the route from a node to me, not from me to a node ![]() However, as they may well be routed differently due to being on a different network/ISP, my tracert is somewhat pointless I noticed ![]() |

Thats right, the only way to get a "reverse traceroute" is to do it from your intended destination host (ie this server). I think that slappy is going to be the key to your puzzle here ![]() |
