i noticed this too, im wondering if its anything to do with our comps caching everything in that particular session, if you know what i mean, does that make sence?
I dont think its client based. Firstly at work I have my IE configed to not cache pages. Secondly I get it at home and at work. Also I dont think its sige (ie slow photobucket) because I get this issue when looking at the forum topic title list.
