Anyone else having probs logging in? Every time i try it either says my email address or password is wrong and if it does happen to accept them it then say my serial number is already in use  and to top it off i'll try single player only for there to be no sound or a grey screen every time i move or ctd

What is your computer eg Video card, ram, OS, CPU? Have you tried playing it with minimal settings? |

Sorry to hear that Jim , hope you get it sorted soon ! Alot of us actually bought new Hardware to play this game tbh, it does need a beefy PC . See you on the Battlefield soon mate!

Managed to get single player working going again last night also accepts e-mail and password but the serial number still wont work. Computer shouldn't be a problem, Phenom 9650 2.3 quad core 4 Gig ram Windows 7 (only installed on saturday with all drivers up to date) Radeon HD 4850 In single player it runs good on max settings  I'll try it again soon by some miracle it might work

you're not forgetting to type in the -'s are you? that might be the problem? aaaa-aaaa-aaaa-aaaa instead of aaaaaaaaaaaaa? |

It also wont accept the serial number if you try and shift + the letters to give them caps...does the caps itself automatically so I can only assume doing the shift + character shows as lower case on their auth system.

i used capslock to do mine, so shift should work too
