They weren't far wrong at that point tbh.... they just never invisaged the internet would solve alot of problems for them. Sure the tech is very bulky and simple, but it's not far off what we do today online.

Multiple screens: correct Shopping online: correct Paying bills online: correct Household monitor screen - Webcam: Correct Home post office - Email: Correct Maintenance is the only thing thats not quite right - although you could say IT support or windows error reporting is covered in that.  Woman spends money, man pays bills: Correct.  Pretty spot on really.
